Nithi Sevaguru’s work experience spans across the Travel Industry and Academics. Apart from lecturing, his academic spell includes Head of a Business School of a University College in Kuala Lumpur and Head of British MBA programme for a private institute in Chennai, India. He also held the position of Business Development Manager for an Australian company; which was involved in automated HR systems. He has also spent a significant period of time in strategic management consulting and training in Human resource for companies in varied industries across the globe. He is also the co-founder of two start ups – ScotsGrad (education consulting) and ScotsHunt ( UK based management consulting)
Nithi qualified as an Accountant, obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from Lancaster University and an MBA from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He is also a certified trainer by Korn Ferry, USA (Leadership 101).
Kathiravan Abranantham has worked across different roles in Technology vertical – Consulting , Program Management, Sales and Business Development.. With nearly decade of industry experience, Kathir has also worked with one of the India’s largest telecom operator to set its agenda for growth for analytics practice. Kathir has a deep understanding of customer focused consulting solutions and a track record of serving large enterprises with engagements in UK , USA , India and Malaysia. Kathir had a long stint with Cognizant Consulting.
Kathir is qualified as an MBA graduate from Strathclyde Business School , UK and Computer Science engineer from Anna University Chennai. He is also an expert in Technical analysis of Financial Markets. He is also the co-founder of two start ups – Radiant Vista (Malaysia) and ScotsHunt ( UK based management consulting).
Richard Kemp is a world-class Entrepreneurship Development Expert who has worked on leadership development, innovation and capacity building programs with organizations as diverse as the Diwan of Royal Court, Henley Business School, The Open University, Greenpeace, Edinburgh Business School, Nottingham Trent University, Transparency International, FT Knowledge and many other multinational and SME organizations.
Richard’s background is in learning design, leadership development and executive education at every level. Richard has worked on bringing some of the largest MBA programs to the global market including the Heriot-Watt MBA.
Richard has 35 years of international experience in organizational transformation, business education, innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership development. An expert in innovation, Richard leads to deep behavior and business culture change through simple processes distilled from globally rigorous academic research.
An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an M.Sc. in Tourism Management from the Scottish Hotel School, UK, Ashok Anantram was one of the earliest IIM graduates to enter the Indian hospitality industry. He joined India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) in 1970 and after a brief stint proceeded to the UK on a scholarship. On his return to India, he joined ITC Hotels Limited in 1975. Over the 30 years in this Organisation, he held senior leadership positions in Sales & Marketing and was its Vice President – Sales & Marketing. He was closely involved in decision making at the corporate level and saw the chain grow from a single hotel in 1975 to a very large multi-brand professional hospitality group.
During his stint at ITC hotels, he also headed the Human Resource & Training function as Vice President – Human Resources. Ashok Anantram represented the company at several interactions with Government and Industry Associations on Tourism and Hospitality. He also held key positions in tourism industry bodies.
He has a passion for teaching and has been faculty at numerous programs related to marketing and hospitality, including the Department of Marketing, University of Strathclyde, UK where he taught Sales & Marketing in their MBA program.
Following his retirement in 2003, he moved to Chennai and was President – Business Development at Apollo Hospitals Ltd. Currently he is a Consultant in good marketing and strategy to several Organizations.
